How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to be returned (unless there is a manufacturer defect).  You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.



Please Complete the RMA Form in it's entirity. If you do not have your Order Number, please email customersupport@rdarms.com or call (847) 603-1548 to obtain it.


Once we receive your Return Request, we will issue an RMA Number if your Return is Valid!


Safely Package the merchandise and return to Red Dot Arms. Please label your Package with your RMA Number

Cancelled Orders

All cancelled orders will be charged a cancellation fee of 20%. Order Processing begins immediately after order is submitted. Please review our terms and policies for Returns/Cancellations prior to submitting your order online. Once an order has shipped it is subject to our Return and Restocking Policy and note that all sales are final on firearms and ammo.

Return Exceptions
Some items cannot be returned if packaging has been opened or damaged in any way. These include, software, DVD's, videos and books. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Firearms and Ammo
All sales are final on firearm and ammo sales.  Once a new firearm is shipped, it will be considered a pre-owned firearm.  Any warrantee issues should be dealt with the manufacturer on new firearm sales.

Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. Special order items are not refundable.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to see if your item qualifies for an exchange, but return shipping is buyer's responsibility.
